Brazil’s People Celebration (PT) have formally registered jailed former President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva as their presidential candidate.<\/p>\n

Supporters chanted “Lula for President” and “Unfastened Lula” as they adopted PT contributors to the electoral court docket in Brasilia hours sooner than the deadline.<\/p>\n
