Donald Trump has said his administration won’t label China a forex manipulator, rowing back on a campaign promise.<\/p>\n

The US president also left open the possibility of re-nominating Janet Yellen as the head of the Federal Reserve, in spite of having criticised her.<\/p>\n

He made the feedback days after meeting China’s President Xi Jinping.<\/p>\n

China has been accused of suppressing the yuan to make its exports more aggressive with US goods.<\/p>\n
