A US governor has spared a convicted killer sentenced to die after a juror said that his adolescence abuse had now not been correctly particular at trial.<\/p>\n

Ohio Governor John Kasich commuted Raymond Tibbetts’ sentence to life in prison as a result of “fundamental flaws” in his sentencing.<\/p>\n
